Wine Competition Registration
Wine Competition Registration
Registration Opening Date: Starting November 4, 2024
Prerequisites for Participation:Please note that this competition is open to organic wines and wines made from grapes certified as organic according to the current European regulations. Wines in conversion are not accepted.
Only bottled wines ready for commercialization are allowed. Regarding wines in tanks, we do not accept "brut de cuve" wines, meaning they must closely resemble "ready for bottling" conditions and represent the final blend of the wine that will be bottled. It is in your best interest to present wines in optimal tasting conditions.
Wines must come from a homogeneous lot available for sale, with quantities equal to or greater than 1,000 liters for still and sparkling red, white, and rosé wines, and 100 liters for liqueur wines, sweet natural wines, straw wines, and orange wines. The wines must come from a clearly identified lot.
The rules and registration procedures will be published online at the beginning of October.
Important Notes:
- You may not enter more than 15 wines per company.
- We will limit the total number of samples, meaning that once we reach our quota, we will close the registration site even if the deadline has not been reached.
Tip: Register quickly, provide all sample information from the start, and send the samples as soon as possible.
Participation Fees and Payment Methods
The participation fee per wine entered is €80 excluding VAT for EU countries outside France, and special cases; €96 including VAT for France and non-EU countries.
Registration fees can be paid by credit card directly on the registration site, by bank transfer (Sudvinbio bank details below), or by check made out to Sudvinbio (for French participants only).
